Karen joined our front office team in 2014. She brought with her 14 years of experience as an administrative assistant at Pine Tree Elementary in Avon, Indiana. You’ll likely hear Karen’s friendly voice when calling in to set up your first appointment, and she’ll also assist you with any scheduling needs along the way.

Kate joined our Team in February 2022. You will find her working a variety of roles at the Front Desk, and her confidence in everything she does makes her such a good fit for our team. Before working in our office she spent seventeen years at Total Fitness of Columbus, selling memberships and helping clients meet their fitness goals. On the side, she did freelance work in graphic design, helping local companies brand their image. Kate and her husband, Chuck, reside in Columbus with their two young boys, Declan and Fletcher. Her weekend passion is gardening!

Before joining our Family Chiropractic and Wellness team, Camry enjoyed teaching at a preschool. She has always had a passion for helping people grow and learn! You can find Camry assisting patients in our Therapy Room as a Chiropractic Technician. She helps guide patients through their therapies and home exercise routines.

Christina joined our team in December of 2017 as a Practice Representative. Her mission is to educate the community about how to live a quality, long life of mobility through Lunch and Learns and Event Screenings. Christina is passionate about her community and about helping others through chiropractic care.

Prior to joining our Team at FCAW in 2021, Emily spent six years as a full-time nanny. Her responsibilities at our office include assisting patients with making appointments, collecting payment for services, and helping patients navigate their treatment options. Emily is one of the kindest, most compassionate souls you will ever meet. Having her at the front desk brings warmth and laughter to our days, and we hope to yours as well!

Tami is FCAWs newest returnee. As she missed us so much she came back to work for us in our Therapy Room. We are so thankful to have her! Her delightful personality, and eagerness to help the patients and doctors perform their best, make her the perfect person for our team.

Tami grew up in Louisville, KY, and later moved to Columbus, IN when she was 16 years old. She was involved in cheerleading and gymnastics throughout her youth, and now supports her girls and grandkids through their cheering and cross country academics.

Tami loves spending time with her husband Ron, and blended family of seven kids; two of which are teens still at home, and four grand kids. When Tami is not in the office you will find her cruising in her Jeep, grabbing Starbucks, and getting some retail therapy at Target!

Jill has over 25 years of customer service experience that she brings to the office. She helps patients with check-out and scheduling appointments and has the knowledge to help patients with any questions that they may have.

Mallory was a patient here before joining our team as our Accounts Receivable Manager in February of 2019. She has a background in healthcare and insurance and is eager to help with Accounts Receivable in our office. She enjoys helping patients understand their insurance coverage while also helping them maximize their benefits here in the office.

TyAnn joined our team in the spring of 2023. She helps with all of the front desk duties, and checking patients out. Before coming to work for us, she was an employment consultant in Washington state for individuals with developmental disabilities. Helping create a more inclusive work environment and community has always been a passion of hers.

TyAnn was born and raised in Columbus, IN. She graduated from Columbus East High School in 2016 where she played soccer in her youth. TyAnn met her husband Allen in 2015 and married in 2018. They have 2 children together, Leonora and Alexander. They also have two “doggos,” Milo and Cleo. As a family, they have lived in Washington state and Texas due to her husband being in the army.
