Plan To Take Back Your Health!

For most patients that come to us with a problem it’s usually some pain that’s built up over time. We do have to have a plan at first whether that’s once a week, twice a week or three times a week.

Usually if we can put a good consistent plan into action for a few weeks we’re able to get the problem area under control. Our goal after getting the problem area under control is always to begin spacing out appointments as the body will let us.

Usually the swing factor is how good a patient is at doing their homework. So if we have a patient who’s really great about stretching and watching their posture and just taking care of himself then those patients tend to get out to his schedule of six or even eight weeks in between appointments.

If we have more your average person who does an OK job at stretching but slouches at the computer all day or has little ones they’re chasing around all night and just has more stress on their body that tends to be a patient that does well more and about once a month.

But usually no matter what their ideal schedule is our goals are to be staying ahead of the problems so that we never have to get back to that place where we’re once or twice or three times a week.
