Dr. Mandy Wyant
Dr. Wyant is a chiropractor who graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. A native of Indiana, she returned home to open Family Chiropractic and Wellness in 2011, and has quickly become an active member of the Columbus community. Prior to attending Logan College, Dr. Wyant earned her B.A. in Biochemistry from DePauw University, where she also competed in varsity cross country and track. Dr. Wyant is a member of the Columbus Young Professionals, Columbus Running Club, Business Networking Internationals, and she serves on many boards and committees to give back to this great community. Dr. Wyant specializes in chiropractic care for the whole family, and especially loves treating headaches and migraines, as this is what she originally sought chiropractic care for herself. She is trained in a variety of muscle release techniques, and enjoys discussing posture and ergonomics with patients. Dr. Wyant and her husband, Drew, welcomed their first child, Will, in October of 2014.
Dr. Justin Beckner
Dr. Beckner is also a native to Indiana. He is married to Kathy, and they have three children. He graduated with a B.S. in Life Sciences from Indiana State University, before going on to study with Dr. Wyant at the Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. He has always been active in the community as an Eagle Scout and the sports world: playing golf, wrestling, and rugby throughout his life. Since he has been in the Columbus community, he has picked up the running culture and has since run multiple half-marathons. This experience gave him further insight into the conditions that can develop in the body of an endurance athlete. Dr. Beckner is skilled in manual adjusting techniques, activator, muscle work, and lumbar decompression. He enjoys treating families, as well as chronic pain conditions.
Dr. Chelsea DeVillez
Dr. DeVillez is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, where she lived for nine years before relocating to Columbus. While obtaining her chiropractic degree, she earned an internship treating veterans at the VA Pain Center at Jefferson Barracks. Dr. DeVillez also committed herself to providing chiropractic care for the homeless and underserved population at the St. Patrick’s Center in downtown St. Louis. A native of Harrisburg, Illinois, she attended Southeastern Illinois College prior to relocating to St. Louis on an awarded fine arts scholarship where she studied studio art and painting. Dr. DeVillez is passionate about providing chiropractic for all ages and especially enjoys treating runners and those affected by cerebral palsy. She is proficient in techniques such as Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, Graston, and various soft tissue modalities. She resides in Columbus with her daughter, Hayden. She is an avid runner and hits the trails whenever possible. She and her daughter also enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, and yoga. Dr. DeVillez paints in her spare time and continues to show her work at various galleries.
Dr. Nicole Palmer
Dr. Palmer is also a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2006. She and her husband live in Seymour, where she had been in private practice for several years prior to joining Family Chiropractic and Wellness. Dr. Palmer is a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan, and enjoys hiking, camping, and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in Jackson County. She and her husband, Tim, have a three-year-old daughter named Natalie. Dr. Palmer is proficient in Activator Methods, Diversified, and Graston Techniques. She enjoys helping patients modify their daily activities to help heal and prevent injuries. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of chiropractic care with her patients.
